Dictum of the day, or on satisfaction

[The judgment] gives to the outsiders the impression that the Judges are incompetent, incapable of appreciating the management of a procedure and grant their request in order to not upset the one or the other party. I have to repeat that this is not my perception of my mission as a professional judge which has nothing to do with a form of ‘judicial diplomacy’ by ‘making justice’ on a case-by-case basis in order for nobody to be dissatisfied.
